With over 14 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and sales, I am a Regional Sales Director at RefrigiWear, a leading manufacturer of cold weather workwear and accessories. I am responsible for managing and growing the sales operations in the Western US region, overseeing a territory of over 500 key accounts and $3MM, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin goals. I leverage my Master of Accountancy degree and my strong financial and analytical skills to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the region, as well as to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and customers. I also collaborate with the corporate finance, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for the regional sales objectives and initiatives. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and creating a positive and productive work environment for our sales team. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and to enhancing my knowledge and skills in the cold weather workwear industry.
