I started my career in my home state of West Virginia with Radio Broadcasting (103CIR, WMTD, Newstalk AM620) in 1998, being the youngest person to ever reach number 1 in my market at the age of 16. Radio is where I started my journey in sales as well doing Advertisement Sales for Southern Communications. From there I went into the Entertainment Industry for the next 20 years doing everything from Venue Management, Artist Management, Event Promotions, Performance Coaching, Vocal Coaching, Social Media Marketing, Security Management, Sponsorship Sales, Hospitality Training & being a performer myself (Singer, Comedian, DJ, Emcee).I spent a year in 2007 working for an Air Conditioning Distributer (HCI Mechanical), leading a Phone Sales Team for product launch campaigns. This developed my cold call abilities & sales practices immensely.I worked with a Marketing Agency (WVMS) in 2008 where I led Think Tanks and Creative Teams to develop new strategies to market businesses & music artists. I dedicated my time in from 2014 till 2018 to a Live Music Venue & Entertainment Agency (Muncheez Live and The Movement Entertainment Group) that specialized in celebrity performance. The experience I garnered in this time was paramount to my career development. Everything I had done in entertainment up until this point failed in comparison to what I was able to do in this 4 year stretch. Working with big names in the music industry from all genres was incredible but the hands on development with all operational tasks associated with running a successful venue was the type of experience that makes a manager a leader. In 2018 I launched Superior Radio Network which is still in operation today. SRN is a podcast network operating online till 2024 when we opened a physical location in Fort Myers Florida. In 2018 I relocated to the state of Florida where I currently reside. I have partially retired from the Entertainment Business and now have redirected my focus into Solar Energy. I took a sales position with the oldest & largest Solar Company in Southwest Florida (Advance Solar), that position developed into The Director Of Operations role for the organization.As the D.O.O. of Advance Solar, my role is to lead the organization with office management, sales management and team leading with the assistance of an amazing staff of professionals. We employ over 50 people including many experts in the field. We are an all encompassing Solar company that handles sales, installation & service. We do Solar Electric and Solar Thermal for residential & commercial applications.
