My practice is rooted in energy law. I have a unique skillset that is relevant to both renewable energy and oil and gas developers. With an eye toward emerging markets, I work with clients in Pennsylvania on solar projects, including project planning, real estate, zoning, and regulatory compliance. In addition, I work with clients on eminent domain proceedings, construction litigation, and midstream litigation. As a litigator, I firmly believe that litigation should be the last choice. However, I am not afraid to go to court and aggressively litigate if that is in my client’s best interest.
