I established my own health, safety and environmental consultancy and training company in January 2015, having previously been employed in various risk management roles since 1992. Consultancy work can be carried out across all industries, and is aimed at keeping the client compliant with as little hassle as possible. Work includes audits, policy formulation, completion of risk assessments, and development of safe systems of work, including permit to work systems.I am on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR). With a strong background in insurance related risk management, I am ideally placed to offer assistance with health and safety requirements resulting from insurance company visits. Hence, I am keen to build relationships with insurance brokers large and small, with a view to assisting their clients to promote a positive picture to their insurers, whether that be pre-renewal or during the insurance survey process.Due to my considerable experience of the insurance industry, I am also available to carry out insurance surveys and risk engineering work on behalf of insurers, specialising in casualty/liability.I am a very experienced trainer, and am available to deliver a wide range of accredited NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA courses anywhere in the UK and abroad.
