With over 2 billion dollars in direct PL Management responsibility, the teams I have worked with and I have led through some of the most complex and rewarding environments in a retail landscape. As the Director of Marketplace Implementation at Best Buy, I have guided the company, Associate Vice Presidents, and their marketplaces through the new operating model since February 2023. With over 20 years of multi-unit leadership experience, I have a proven track record of dissecting and solving customer, employee, and financial pain points and creating sustainable solutions to optimize business outcomes. I have been instrumental in creating, implementing, and facilitating training for the company around Best Buy\'s new operating model, both locally and virtually. I have also helped to develop new roles, core job anchors, personas, and skills for the company and to test, guide, and scale a marketplace model that enhances efficiency and alignment. I aim to help Best Buy deliver top-quartile results, market share growth, and customer and employee engagement.
