   Data Analyst: Completed a business intelligence assessment and Tableau development project. The focus of the project was to assess the current data landscape across the organization as well as provide a Proof of Concept (POC) reporting tool using a subset of their data. Conducted stakeholder interviews which served to understand the current data processes and procedures as well as identify user pain points when trying to analyze their data. Helped create unique use cases and carried out one use case as the POC. Using Tableau Prep Builder and Tableau Desktop for the POC, I was able to create a new data process and flow system that utilized ETL to centrally extract and store data, cleanse for analysis, and load into a reporting tool that assessed the subset of survey result data. Added value by providing a current state assessment of the data landscape, provide suggestions for improving the current state, as well as automating the majority of a data system flow that previously were all done manually.Business Intelligence Developer: Completed a data analytics assessment and Tableau dashboard refactoring project. The focus of the project was evaluating the current state of the data used for productivity and operations along with improving the quality and usability of the current dashboards using this data. Conducted stakeholder interviews which gave insight into the complexities of the current data and user pain points when using their current dashboards. Utilizing the information collected during the interviews, three Proof of Concept (POC) dashboards were created in Tableau for the various stakeholder groups. At the end of the assessment, we were able to present these findings in a Business Intelligence Assessment with further recommendations along with the POC dashboards. We were able to add value by suggesting data governance and management best practices and publishing the POC dashboards for users to help when making business decisions.
