I’m a Site Leader at Amazon (BFI4), overseeing operations at a Robotics Sortable Fulfillment Center supporting Amazon’s national fulfillment network.BFI4 is an Amazon Robotics sortable building, meaning we use advanced robotics and automated systems to receive, store, sort, and ship millions of customer units efficiently and safely. These sites are designed for high throughput, rapid order fulfillment, and scalable operations, playing a critical role in Amazon’s promise of fast, reliable delivery.In my role, I’m accountable for end-to-end site performance, including safety, people leadership, operational execution, cost, and continuous improvement. I lead large, cross-functional teams and focus on building strong leaders, operational discipline, and a culture rooted in Amazon’s Leadership Principles.I’m especially passionate about developing leaders, simplifying complex operations, and driving sustainable performance at scale.
