Since joining MITRE in 2005 as a modeling and simulation (M&S) engineer intern, I have enjoyed a successful and evolving career supporting a variety of M&S efforts ranging from the development of simulations; engineering of large system of systems federations that support Joint Wargaming exercises; to most recently providing technical and domain leadership and expertise in the development of concepts, requirements, and architecture for the Army’s next revolutionary training capability, the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).I passionately apply the breadth and depth of my skills as an individual contributor, task leader, and project leader for various Headquarters, Department of the Army projects. I have provided systems engineering, software engineering/prototyping, acquisition, and capability development expertise to the Marines, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases with Canadian and Republic of Korea Forces, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Simulation Center (NSC), TRADOC Capability Manager for the Integrated Training Environment (TCM ITE), Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), and STE Cross Functional Team (CFT).I love developing strong relationships with brilliant, fun, objective, honest, and dedicated people that share and apply their unique wisdom and knowledge to solve the toughest problems.
