ABOUT BRIAN PALMER

I am a strategic career & leadership coach and senior HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the energy and consulting industries. My closest friends and colleagues would tell you the following three things about me: 1. I have an innate ability to diagnose problems using logic and intuition. I readily tackle new challenges with enthusiasm and adapt easily to changing facts or situations. I\'m passionate about helping others through active listening, thoughtful questions, and a kind and warm approach. I have first-hand experience partnering with organizations to enhance their employee development programs and have coached over leaders and professionals as they navigate their careers.
