ABOUT BRIAN P. CONATY
Being a lifelong resident of Monticello, I have had the privilege to be formed by and to help form this community. I returned home after earning my J.D. from Touro Law with the goal of becoming a prosecutor for Sullivan County, and there is not a day that goes by I am not thankful for this career. There’s a lot to know to be an effective attorney, but for me, it’s all about helping people who are going through a tough time and need a lawyer to stand by their side. It’s about giving a voice to the voiceless while upholding our Constitution.In addition to my duties a District Attorney, I spend a great deal of time mentoring and lecturing at local schools. I know the value of hard work and believe that you can overcome any obstacle if you are willing to work hard enough at it.
