I bring a very balanced approach to any business or problem, having spent 8+ years as a consultant, 20+ years as an executive, and having held corporate positions in supply chain, operations, finance and sales. My background is diverse, and spans several industries including consulting, consumer package goods, distribution, renewable energy (solar) and advanced materials. I take a consultative and customer-centric approach to business and believe that transparency, courage and trust are vital to the success of any team or company.As an executive within the consumer-packaged goods and solar industries, I gained deep experience in business development, finance, marketing/brand building and operations/supply chain, managing large cross-functional teams, with P&L responsibility for business in all 50 states. Having worked for large public and private corporations, and leading teams through the pressures of 5 large mergers & acquisitions, I have gained a deep appreciation for the value of focus, and for having a clear corporate strategy where all processes and tactics are tied back to that strategy. I have found this experience to be especially invaluable for smaller businesses in \"growth mode\", or in relatively new industries such as solar.As a corporate strategy consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, I had the privilege to consult for several large Fortune 500 companies going through fundamental strategic change, where our services aided these companies in achieving outstanding business results.
