About Brian Oosdyke
Experienced professional leading Mercer\'s efforts with new large market Not-for-Profit partners. I work closely with a specialist team of professionals across the US who together serve not-for-profit institutional investors. Prior to joining Mercer, I was a director of nonprofit solutions for Vanguard Institutional Advisory Services serving endowment, foundation and healthcare clients. We focused on deeply understanding the needs of nonprofits, partnering with senior investment consultants to help clients identify and solve investment portfolio management issues. These issues include asset allocation decisions, portfolio construction approaches, investment strategies and fiduciary governance. Before this, I served as an officer in the United States Navy from 19••••98. I performed various duties while stationed on the USS England, CG-22, USS Acadia AD-42 and SEAL Team ONE.Based in Scottsdale, AZ, I leverage over 26 years of investment research and consulting. Ihold a BA from University of Florida and an MBA from San Diego State University. I have my CIMA designation and FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.
