About Brian Omalley

With a long family history of restaurant experience, Brian T. O’Malley was raised on the restaurant industry and always knew that he wanted to be a part of the restaurant world. Mr. O’Malley began his career at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group early in the company’s growth as the general manager of the 3rd location, BRAVO! Dayton. In December 2015, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company by the Board of Directors after a long stint working for the company. Prior to this appointment, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations, BRIO. Mr. O’Malley’s experience at the company gave him the opportunity to be a part of BRRG during three distinct maturation phases: one as a private company, one as private-equity owned company and, finally, one as a public company, which BBRG is today. This perspective is what drives Mr. O’Malley’s leadership and vision. Mr. O’Malley believes the cornerstone of a successful restaurant company is the guest. No matter what is happening in the business, the guest is the focal point for every decision.Prior to joining BBRG, Mr. O’Malley was employed with Santa Fe Steakhouse, where he held positions as a general manager, director of training and regional manager. Mr. O’Malley earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Speech Communications and Hospitality Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
