ABOUT BRIAN OLSON

I lead the teams that turn sales commitments into client outcomes. As VP of Client Experience at Long View Systems, I own pre-sales, scoping, and delivery operations, everything that happens between \"yes\" and \"renewed.\" My job is making sure complex IT services feel simple to the clients buying them and sustainable for the teams delivering them. What that looks like in practice: building systems that catch margin problems before they hit the P&L, aligning cross-functional teams who don\'t naturally talk to each other, and protecting delivery resources from the chaos that kills retention. Before this role, I spent two decades building and running technical service operations, from 24x7 support centers to enterprise account management at HP. I\'ve learned that the difference between a good services partner and a great one isn\'t the technology. It\'s operational discipline and teams that actually want to stay.I work on: service delivery models, client retention systems, cross-functional alignment, and keeping the people who do the work from burning out.
