Led end-to-end delivery of a net-new AI voice assistant for inbound sales operations, conducting discovery sessions with 20+ stakeholders to produce a BRD, serving as the business-to-engineering liaison across the full SDLC, supporting UAT, and leading a second-phase iteration adding expanded call routing logic, reducing manual lead entry by 30% and improving CRM data completeness across 30+ daily inbound calls.Designed and validated an executive reporting solution by extracting and normalizing data across RingCentral, CallRail, and SmartMoving CRM into a PostgreSQL database, built an HTML/CSS proof-of-concept, then facilitated a C-suite working session to elicit refined requirements and delivered a dashboard that eliminated 5 hours of manual weekly reporting.Organized requirements workshops across sales, operations, marketing, and IT for concurrent initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and BPMN process maps that documented current-state and to-be workflows, enabling sprint-ready requirement specifications that aligned cross-functional teams on scope and delivery priorities.Conducted discovery interviews with each department to gather workflow requirements, designed and configured custom Monday.com workspaces including boards, automations and third-party integrations tailored per team, then produced onboarding documentation and delivered training to 30+ users to achieve full organizational adoption.
