Since joining the firm in 2015 as Research, Marketing, and Operations Manager, Brian has advanced into investment advisory, playing a key role in the execution of more than $2 billion in multifamily transactions, representing over units across California and the Western United States.His transaction experience spans a wide range of property types, including Market Rate, Affordable Housing (LIHTC/Project-Based HAP), Student Housing, Senior Housing, and Ground Lease assets. Known for his deep understanding of complex deal structures and market dynamics, Brian leverages his extensive industry relationships to deliver tailored solutions for both private and institutional investors.Prior to joining The Mogharebi Group, Brian began his career with an affordable housing development firm, gaining foundational experience in acquisitions and project management. He later expanded his expertise across sales, marketing, and operations on both the debt and equity sides of the business, giving him a unique perspective that informs his advisory work today.Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
