Through my career, I have been involved in many special projects and developments, including researching, designing and implementing customer facing carbon footprint and sustainability reporting, temperature controlled and high value commodity training, processes, procedures and controls. Also service provider screening and approval processes and defining, negotiating and implementing some of the most rigorous service provider compliance controls in the industry.
