Oversaw the operations, creation, & scheduling of all events curated or supported by the local government (Town of Estes Park), including the iconic Rooftop Rodeo- Oversaw Hiring, Staffing, Recruitment, & Training- Active member of the Employee Engagement Committee, as well as the CIRSA Safety Management Assistance Resource Team (SMART)- Led all safety & budgeting meetings, ensuring staff & contractors adhered to government regulated safety measures when operating construction equipment- Event locations include a 35-acre fairgrounds & convention center, with a heavy focus on art, rodeo, & agriculture shows, as well as multiple wedding venues along with local parks, performance stages, and farmers markets- Adhered to and monitored government budgets, including Profit & Loss- Operated and trained staff in a variety of heavy equipment; from skid steers and heavy front-end loaders, to tractors and buckets, grooming & dragging equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and staging & rigging equipment- Communicated with Event Producers from all over the country to ensure their needs were exceeded by the time they showed up to the venue & ensured their stay in Estes Park is a memorable one.
