I came to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in At that time the church was averaging around thirty-five in weekly attendance. I built a leadership team that crafted a new mission and vision for the church and set strategic growth goals. We designed systems and structures to accomplish those goals. Over twenty years later we are averaging over 1,200 in weekly attendance and have seen thousands of lives changed. In 2012, we began the DREAM Church conference teaching church leaders how to implement the principles of a healthy, evangelistically effective church. As of July 2020, we have trained over leaders in the U.S. and in seven other countries. My passion is to pass on the leadership skills and wisdom I have learned from so many others.
