I have worked for some of the most well known and respected companies in the world for over 25 years. During this time I have analyzed business plans and feasibility studies for start-up entities; worked with senior management of some of the largest companies in the world. I have effectively managed teams, assessed information security controls, written business plans, standardized operating procedures, created training materials, and done new business entry analysis. I have expertise in financial statement analysis, project planning, implementation, change management, continuous process improvement, project management, and am Six Sigma certified. I have a Masters of Business Administration (“MBA”) in Strategy and Managerial and Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing from the University of Dayton.

In addition to onboarding new vendors, primarily responsible for the ongoing monitoring and re-assessment of existing vendors. Lead cross-functional project to enhance Supply Chain Risk Management Manage department output of vendor security assessments on potential and existing vendors. Training new team members. Improve data quality by working with multiple internal teams to resolve duplication and removal of inaccurate and outdated data. Enhance operational effectiveness by implementing process improvements based off ongoing monitoring learnings. Provide mentoring and coaching to other Assessment Team members and Risk Engineers on vendor assessment procedures.
