    As Director of Facilities at The Mariners’ Museum and Park, I lead the planning, operations, and long-term stewardship of a sq. ft. museum and 550-acre campus. I oversee all facility maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and operational systems to ensure the Museum’s buildings and infrastructure remain reliable, efficient, and mission-aligned.I manage departmental budgets, establish operating standards, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement across work order and maintenance processes. My role includes directing daily building operations, coordinating with internal departments on facility needs, and developing multi-year capital plans that strengthen infrastructure and enhance the visitor and staff experience.I lead renovations, upgrades, and construction initiatives from early scoping through contract management and project delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and local requirements.
