   Oversee the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle for document ingestion, and data transformation while leading a team of data engineers, to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the efficient processing of incoming Social Security Administration (SSA) and SSA Initial Application (IA) documents using AWS, Azure, Datbricks, Python, PySpark and SQL- Architect and implement an AI-driven SMS chatbot API using Python, Flask, SQL, LangChain, OpenAI, and AWS services such as AppRunner, Lambda, Pinpoint, and SNS. This advanced chatbot enables leads and claimants to interact via SMS with Mindset, providing information about Mindset’s process, Supplemental Security Income, and Social Security Disability Insurance claims; minimizing the need for direct human intervention. The chatbot processes over SMS messages per month, automating responses and reducing call center workload. When an actual case manager is needed for additional support a task is created for the case manager to follow up- Develop document classification model utilizing python’s scikit-learn machine learning library to accurately extract text and classify mail received from SSA- Responsible for designing and architecting Document Processing Solution (DPS) which is a scalable, cloud-based data processing ETL framework to handle scanned incoming mail that Mindset receives from the SSA for claimants. Allowing the mail operations team of two to process approximately 1,300 pieces of mail at a time. The data from these unstructured pdf documents is extracted and stored in Delta tables stored in AWS S3. These tables, enriched with information extracted through Azure AI Document Intelligence, support comprehensive exploratory data analysis on incoming correspondence and claimant details- Develop an ETL process to automate http requests to ssa.gov for extracting CSV status report files for claimants. This data is then ingested into our data lake for analysis by the case managers.
