About Brian Mesing

I have always been passionate about aviation and aerospace. I began flying at the age of 16, and have been fortunate to build a great career doing what I love. I have spent a majority of my career working on new product development programs. This has provided me with a good understanding of the work that goes into developing and certifying new aerospace products. Having worked in a variety of functional roles within different elements of the industry, I possess an organizational agility that helps me effectively lead cross functional teams. This experience, coupled with my background in teaching technical subjects, has helped me develop the ability to simply communicate complex ideas. I enjoy interacting with customers and end users. I am very skilled at building relationships, and consider this to be equally, if not more, enjoyable as conquering technical challenges. I find great satisfaction in developing teams and individuals.
