ABOUT BRIAN MEHOK

Mr. Mehok serves as the Vice President for SWCA Gulf Coast Region and has over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. His technical expertise includes managing the environmental feasibility and permitting phases for various energy projects, including upstream, natural gas and liquid transmission pipelines and gathering systems, LNG terminals, crude refinery and petrochemical plants and expansions, windfarm and solar developments, and electric transmission. Mr. Mehok has extensive Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) 3(a), 7(b) and 7(c) Permitting, Blanket Certificates, and Section 311 filing experience for jurisdictional natural gas pipelines and LNG terminal projects. He has also led the development of Environmental Social Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA) for Chevron and NEPA compliance documents (i.e, EAs and EISs) for USACE, FEMA, TxGLO, TxDOT, and DOE. Mr. Mehok is also a Program Manager for SWCA’ Disaster Recovery Program providing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and Environmental and Historic Preservation support for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) from Texas to Florida and Texas General Land Office (GLO) Disaster Recovery Programs for Hurricane Harvey, Imelda and the 20••••19 Texas Floods.
