I am presently an attorney at Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC where my practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and complex securities litigation on behalf of investors in federal and state court.I earned a certificate in sports law from Tulane University Law School, and I completed my M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University while simultaneously working as a member of the Tulane athletic department. My work experience also includes a judicial clerkship and a role with the general counsel\'s office at Octagon Inc, one of the world\'s largest sponsorship consulting practices and an entertainment industry leader in athlete and personality representation and management.
