The Large Business and International (LB & I) Division serves corporations, subchapter S corporations, and partnerships with assets greater than $10 million. These businesses typically employ large numbers of employees, deal with complicated issues involving tax law and accounting principles, and conduct business in an expanding global environment.Responsible for administering the tax examinations of the largest corporations in America. I work on teams or individually, coordinating examinations of multinational and national corporations, and other complex entities. I am supported by a variety of specialists to assist in addressing numerous complex tax issues as you deal with corporations on the most complex issues. These often include tax shelters, mergers and acquisitions, global operations, transfer pricing and others. I work closely with customers, often dealing with the senior levels of corporate tax departments and/or their representatives. I work on research, development of issues and in communications with taxpayers.
