Most digital banking platforms do not drive growth, they deliver features. I build platforms that help financial institutions grow revenue, deepen engagement, and differentiate in competitive markets. Over the past 18+ years, I have led product strategy for digital banking and fintech platforms, scaling solutions to millions of users and tens of millions in ARR while competing against larger, better funded vendors. My work has focused on turning product investment into measurable business outcomes, not just feature delivery. Career highlights include scaling a digital banking platform to 2M+ users and 30M in ARR, launching a payments platform that drove 50 percent year over year growth, and building and leading product and design organizations of 50 or more people. I have worked across multiple phases of the market, from early mobile banking to cloud native platforms and now AI enabled financial services. I am particularly interested in how data and AI reshape digital banking from static user interfaces into systems that drive outcomes for both institutions and their members.
