I joined Brooks Pierce after graduating from UCLAW in 1993. I moved from California to North Carolina in order to join Brooks Pierce, for both personal and professional reasons. My practice is a general business law practice. I have experience in advising businesses of varying sizes in corporate, transactional and litigation matters. I have also represented numerous landowners whose property has been taken for public uses (for ex: highway construction) through the exercise of the power of eminent domain by the state of North Carolina, by municipalities, and by private condemnors (for ex: utility companies) with the power of eminent domain.
