KOC (Ahmadi Mega Complex, Kuwait Office.) 11 Patterns Well Hook-Up and Associated Works, Plan and manage the execution phase 4 & 5 as part of PMC contract. Managed and executed a successful integration of 402 Well heads into the existing CPF with the support of a local EPC Contractor and Multiple subcontractors.The Project was broken down into 4 Portions with 11 Patterns and soon evolved into a major success story, as the execution of each pattern ranged between 8 months early to 2.5 months early, resulting in a Project that was not just ahead of schedule but under budget resulting in early production profits for the Client. Responsibilities for KOC included preparation and administration of design budgets, estimates, forecasts and schedules to achieve Project 2025 Strategy, through enhancement of Assets by the most efficient and economical means. This meant developing a cohesive functioning team and PEP that would align with the KOC stage gate process for project delivery, whilst including Integration & transfer of technology to support the Project 2025 strategy.Responsibilities Included-• Developing PMC Organization (Roles & Responsibilities)• Implementing Service Coordination Procedure (SCP) Defining Coordination Between Contractor and KOC, Communication Procedures, Execution Procedures & Project Progress and reporting procedures.• Preparation of Services Management Implementation Manual (describing mechanism to implement SCP).• Implementing Coordination Procedure of All Engineering, Procurement & Construction • Develop Quality Management Program aligned with KOC PHP-001. Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system, establishing executive reporting Dashboards that interface with all KOC Policies and Procedures.• Develop and Implement HSE Plans & Procedures. Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices following KOC’s OH & S procedures.
