Responsible for aerodynamic analysis of various weapons system components and flight vehicles, which include model development of the wind rotational effects in the Urban UAV simulation, hypersonic submunition dispense of kinetic energy projectiles (KEP), DARPA Falcon HTV-2, and Army AHW. GVD technical lead on the Conventional Strike Missile (CSM) program, duties include overseeing aerodynamic and aerothermal analysis tasks for program risk reduction. Additional responsibilities include being the technical lead and aerodynamic analyst for the Aerospace Nuclear Safety Program (ANSP), and its role in supporting the DOE and NASA Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) mission. ANSP related tasks are for requirements specification, planning, and documentation of the Earth impact footprint predictions for a contingency effort in the event of during Earth sub-orbital and orbital accident during the MSL mission.
