Head of Offshore Development UK at SSE Renewables. Worked in Renewable Energy since 2003, gaining a wealth of experience leading some of SSE Renewables most high profile projects, including the construction of the Clyde onshore wind farm and the development of the Beatrice, Seagreen, Dogger Bank, Berwick Bank, North Falls and Ossian offshore wind farms. Currently a Board member of the Offshore Wind Industry Council (OWIC) and previously Co-chair of the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (20••••25) which included being a member of the Scottish Energy Advisory Board and the OWIC Executive Council. A Chartered Civil Engineer having graduated from the University of Strathclyde.
