With over 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed a strong expertise in financial and data analysis, process design and improvement, software and application development, and internal controls and compliance.My mission is to optimize the billing operations and enhance the customer experience, while ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of the billing services. I have successfully implemented several initiatives that have reduced unbilled accruals, increased cash flow and investment income, improved automation and efficiency, and resolved customer reconciliation issues.
