With more than thirty years in the water and wastewater industry, I’ve built a career grounded in operational excellence, problem‑solving, and a deep respect for the essential work utilities provide. My experience across both water and wastewater systems has given me a comprehensive understanding of utility operations and the people who keep them running.As I look toward the next chapter of my career, my focus is on leveraging that experience, along with strong communication and leadership skills to help the right utility cultivate a positive, growth‑oriented culture. I’m passionate about creating environments where operators feel supported, empowered, and equipped to expand their knowledge and build meaningful, fulfilling careers.I believe that when teams are encouraged to learn, collaborate, and bring their best selves to work, every day has the potential to be a “perfect day.” My goal is to put the lessons I’ve learned over decades in the field into action to help make that a reality.
