Chaired a national Human Resources working group. • Reviews information management systems, human capital, administrative support, and financial resources to ensure work and programs are actively managed in support of short and long term goals that support the litigation mission of the office. • Developed and implemented internal control procedures to ensure 100% accountability of action items are accomplished in support of organizational goals.• Created comprehensive process flow-maps of the civil and legal docketing process to ensure 100% accountability of procedural steps are being accomplished and searched for any unnecessary steps (LEAN) to eliminate waste that are not value added• Collaboratively lead a team of stakeholders creating a comprehensive data management policy. This policy establishes the criteria and timelines on where to store electronic files (local drives, cloud, etc,). Streamlines and standardizes the decision making process. Reduced the cost of cloud management expenses 40 that resulted in a savings of annually. • Enthusiastically led a diverse team addressing the over-arching Records life-cycle process. Create process flow maps to address procedural steps, identified gaps and sought process improvement opportunities. Utilized Demings Wheel (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to systemically implement procedural changes. • Effectively utilized root cause analysis to define and drill-down on complex issues with the litigation processing of e-discovery data and implemented solutions. • Collaboratively lead a team of HR experts that created and implemented a national formal policy on compensatory time-off for employees who are physically called back into work or required to work remotely after hours.
