I\'m an experienced Manager and strong professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology industry who graduated from Queens University Belfast. I have 20 years experience as a manager in various technologies, including mainframe.Net and various methodologies including waterfall, scrum, and Kanban. I have agile experience in implementing Kanban methodology for several waterfall teams and work as a scrum master on top of my managerial role. I have experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, for the past 5 years and attained SAFe Agilist certification in 2017. I like to get involved in all aspects of the \'product\' that I\'m managing, e.g. development/enhancements, finances, availability, support, whilst communicating and working with all stakeholders.I\'ve got significant financial knowledge as I\'ve worked with multi million pound budgets on top of employee compensation and monthly invoices.I work closely with my teams and earn their trust so they go the extra mile when it\'s needed, and show keen interest and assistance in their development needs as this is a very important role as a leader.My career highlight is successfully managing a project which was designed to provide almost $1B to customers during their time of need within the covid pandemic in a very short timeframe.
