About Brian McCall

Brian began his public accounting career in 2002 with Maher Duessel, and he was named Partner in 2016. In 2025, Brian was named President/COO of the firm. He oversees audit engagements for a wide range of governmental entities, including housing authorities, school districts, counties, municipal authorities, and municipalities. On the non-profit side, Brian leads audit/tax engagements for community development organizations, human service agencies and HUD funded organizations. A core client focus area for Brian is leading audit engagements for housing and redevelopment authorities. He also leads audit and tax engagements for non-profit and for-profit organizations that develop, finance and administer multi-family housing programs. Brian has extensive knowledge in Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs as well. Another core focus area for Brian is directing audit engagements for transportation agencies, and he has extensive knowledge of PennDOT financial reporting requirements.
