I am a licensed and certified healthcare administrator (LNHA, CNHA, CALA) with more than 20 years of professional experience in senior healthcare operations. My track record is outcome-based, and my accomplishments demonstrate an ongoing ability to positively affect the organizations, residents and employees for whom I have been responsible. The communities I have served in Ohio, Maryland and California have provided a wide range of services, including: Independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s/memory care, skilled nursing, sub-acute skilled nursing, and in-house dialysis. Communities under my direction have consistently achieved and maintained the industry’s highest possible CMS Five-Star Quality Ranking. I am a grateful, multiple-time recipient of the prestigious Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). I have achieved the status of Fellow with ACHCA (FACHCA) for career commitment and contributions to the field of aging services. I am also a fellow/graduate of LeadingAge EMERGE.
