About Brian Marquez
Serve as in-house counsel for one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of high quality and value added flavored drink concentrates that are used for the production of TAMPICO® branded products in over 50 countries around the world. Responsibilities include the preparation of non-disclosure agreements, trademark and bottling license agreements, and various other commercial documents relevant to the Company’s ongoing operations, domestically and internationally. Additionally, responsible for assisting in the management and oversight of retained outside counsel, domestically and internationally, with respect to litigation, regulatory compliance and transactional matters, as well as providing oversight and assistance in connection with the management of the Company’s global intellectual property rights and providing general legal counsel to the Company’s global sales team. Brian is fluent in Spanish.
