Attend kick off meetings, whilst understanding project scope, budget and schedule - Responsible for site mobilization, ensuring site safety signs/boards are in place prior to construction - Schedule and manage trades, consultants, contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the project- Identify and resolve issues on site and ensure resolutions that meets the needs of all parties involved- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure proper safety compliance is met - Complete daily logs, man power logs, and safety tool box talks - Provide weekly reports to Project Managers on the current state of site - Responsible for ensuring Quality Control on site - Cost control, monitoring and reporting in conjunction with Project Managers- Communicate with consultants on a weekly basis- Using Procore to document, track and communicate project progress
