Guiding a team of engineers, scientists, and technicians for Class I railroad hydrologic and hydraulic studies, including typical bridge and culvert replacements, capacity projects, public project review, emergency response, and drainage claims. Involved from initial site investigation and survey to hydraulic modeling to recommendation report completion. With my Olsson team, we also prepare and obtain permits/approvals at the local, state, and federal levels including but not limited to floodplain development, construction stormwater, and USACE Section 408 approvals.
