   I am a partner in the litigation practice group at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. My practice includes representing companies, boards of directors and special committees in connection with internal investigations and inquiries by the DOJ, SEC and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations covering allegations of accounting and securities fraud, earnings management and other misconduct. I frequently investigate potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (\"FCPA\") and other anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in countries around the world and advise companies in connection with FCPA diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other investments in jurisdictions with high corruption risk. I frequently represent financial institutions in regulatory investigations, examinations, enforcement actions, litigation and internal investigations involving residential mortgage-backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, credit default swaps and other complex financial products, as well as general commercial and securities litigation. In 2014, I was recognized by Global Investigations Review in its “40 under 40” list of the world’s leading investigations lawyers. In 2021, I was recognized in the National FCPA Rankings of Chambers USA. I am currently Cahill\'s co-chair of Business Development and co-chair of the Ethics Committee. I have previously served as Co-Administrative Partner and Hiring Partner.
