About Brian Lywandowsky

I have been in the concrete pumping business since 1988, when my father and I founded Eagle Concrete Pumping. I operated, fixed, built, and managed our equipment and men for our 20 years of service. Unfortunately when the \"Great Recession\" hit, I had recently updated 2 new large boom pumps and in fall 2007, I made one of the best business decisions of my life by selling the equipment to Conco Pumping and going to work for this large construction company. This started a new journey managing the Northern California pumping operation for Conco. As of right now, I oversee Conco Pumping\'s four west coast regions as general manager. In recent years Conco has ventured into the market of LCC or lightweight cellular concrete. I was asked to help with development of this product and equipment. I have been fortunate to be allowed to spend the last 7 years learning and developing equipment to produce this amazing material. Overseeing this operation we have continued to grow by no less than 100% each of the seven years. This has been a tuff but extremely rewarding experience that has given me a fresh perspective in a new industry. This material has changed the way we have always done things (and done them extremely well) to accelerate, improve, and save money for our customers.
