Main goal is to identify new drugs for colorectal cancer, breast cancer and lymphoma- Management and budgeting of complex automated screenings with the MicroLab Star Hamilton workstation linked to an Operetta CLS High Content Analysis System, a plate reader and an incubator- Performed biochemical (e.g, fluorescence polarization assay or FRET-ubiquitin assay) and cell-based (cell viability assay, or scratch assay) drug screenings- Performed orthogonal assays on lead compounds using FID assay or thermal shift assay- Expressed and purified recombinant proteins from bacteria
