About Brian Lee
35 years of manufacturing/fabrication experience. I have used that experience to support, problem solve, and implement continuous improvement projects in the production areas that I have worked. Over the years I have managed many capital equipment projects from concept, cost justification, to fully implemented into current production. Have years of experience programming and operating most types of CNC equipment including: lathes, mills, wire EDM machines, punch presses, and ABB and Kuka robotic cells. Have operated and am familiar with most manual metal/wood fabricating equipment. I also completed hundreds of hours of leadership, safety, and problem solving training. Some of the manufacturing processes that I have supported include Deep drawing sheet metal, stamping dies, progressive dies, laser cutting/welding, robotic welding, and CNC machining.
