I am a supply chain and operations performance improvement practitioner who helps profitability and cash flow through waste reduction, data analysis and the organizational integration of people, systems, and processes. A positive leader, I build high-performing teams dedicated to customer obsession through mentoring and by design and delivery of effective training programs. I was a Director in Grant Thorton’s Advisory practice, where I led day-to-day operations for court-appointed Independent Monitor and supply chain compliance consulting engagements.
