About Brian Laroche
I am the principal of Brian LaRoche Consultancy, a marketing, business development and sales enablement practice serving both platform/service providers and end users within the contact center and workforce optimization fields. During a career spanning 40+ years (a duration I hate to admit to) I have held leadership and senior positions in the enterprise communication technologies, contact center and workforce optimization sectors. My broad comprehension of Contact Center operations comes from not only experience in the design, sales, marketing and customer service aspects within the communication and call center technology industries, I have also led a multisite sales, customer service and lead development Call Center operations. In other words, when it comes to all things contact center and workforce optimization, I have walked the walk and truly talked the talk!In the course of my professional life I have had the pleasure of serving in board positions in the healthcare, insurance, education, and non-profit segments in addition to my multi-year role as member of the CCW Advisory Board. For several years, I was the producer and host of CallMiner’s popular Monthly Education Webinar series and have also been known as a blogger, podcaster, panelist and guest speaker on a number of interaction analytics, technical, collections, sales, customer service and leadership best practices topics.

I am a member of the Winnisquam Watershed Network (WWN), a lake association for the entire Winnisquam watershed with a mission to preserve and protect Lake Winnisquam for future generations. Our programs include water quality monitoring, prevention and control of invasive species, watershed management initiatives, education and advocacy.
