About Brian Larocca

As a Vice President and Senior Resident Director of Merrill\'s Kingwood office, I somehow ended up bringing my Long Island charm all the way to Texas. Who saw that coming? I\'m a proud Hofstra grad (the Harvard of Long Island, if you\'re asking), and I\'ve got more financial certifications than I know what to do with-CFP® professional, ChFC®, SE-AWMA™, CPFA®, the whole alphabet. I even teach the CFP® program at Rice University, which is a fancy way of saying I talk a lot.When I\'m not knee-deep in financials, I\'m probably watching the NY Rangers hockey team break my heart again, adding another watch to my collection, or drinking coffee like it\'s my job. My three sons keep me on my toes, especially the one who decided Texas A&M was his thing (Whoop!). At home, I\'ve got Winston, our basset hound, and Chloe, our lab mix-both rescues, both a handful. And then there\'s my wife, Anne, a middle school teacher and nurse, who somehow keeps this whole circus running smoothly.On weekends, I\'m out there with the Miracle League, helping kids with special needs play baseball, because apparently, I can\'t say no. I\'m also on the YMCA board and have a weakness for Italian food and wine-seriously, it\'s like a second job.
