Manage all Ice Hockey activity within Roxbury Latin’s Hennessy Rink.• Operate ice rink equipment, including ice resurfacing machinery, ice installation and removal equipment, and skate sharpening equipment.• Handle the repair and maintenance of the equipment in the facility, maintain records on all maintenance and repairs, work with the Operations Manager to complete projects and problem solve solutions.• Supervise and manage employees, train staff on how to use and maintain ice resurfacing machinery and equipment, and create weekly staff schedules.• Handle custodial and grounds duties, including, but not limited to, overseeing and handling campus landscaping, painting, snow removal, carpentry work, and cleanup of all school facilities.
