Since graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2002 from CSUC Brian has concentrated on construction. Like his most successful clients, Brian started small by helping small businesses with their risk management and property & casualty insurance needs growing over the decades to focusing on midsize regional to national sized construction companies.Contractors with multiple entities, multi-state operations, or complex operations bring unique and complex compliance and risk management issues. Brian is often hands-on with the complex audit of an experience mod worksheet or with a final insurance audit following a client’s mid-term acquisition. He prides himself on ensuring clients maximize the resources provided by EPIC and the various insurance companies. His clients include general contractors, trade contractors, building materials dealers, lumberyards, work in the public roadway, emergency utility work, demo services, tree service, framing, fuel tank work, power line work, solar contractors, residential & commercial builders, OCIP’s & CCIP’s, project owners and contractors with large fleets of vehicles and equipment. Brian is an active member of Associated General Contractors (AGC), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and Building Industry Association (BIA) and a popular speaker on risk management & OSHA compliance issues. Brian was on the Board of Directors, North State BIA 2020 serving the membership council 20••••23. Brian led the AGC’s Delta-Sierra Construction Leadership Council for the AGC in 2018. When Brian isn’t hard at work, he enjoys time with his family and boating in Northern California.
