Actively participate in negotiation meetings with client partners during and after the bidding process to align terms and secure outcomes.Regularly manage tenders for multi-site leisure contracts with values reaching £200 million or more over their full term. Drive win strategies, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across complex public sector procurement processes. Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard supporting long-term growth and partnership success.
